In the process of softening water, the water softening equipment cannot reduce the total salt content in the water, and it is widely used in hot water boiler systems, heat exchange systems, industrial cooling systems, central air conditioning systems, and other water-using equipment systems.

Basic Principle:

The main working principle of water softening equipment is to use anion and cation for softening, enable the raw water to remove the calcium, magnesium and sodium plasma in the water through the anion converter. The water that comes out is just water molecules. There are no other molecules, so it can effectively prevent limescale. if the feeding water is deep well water or extremely hard hardness water, the use of water softening equipment is to remove the calcium and magnesium ion content in the water, so that the calcium and magnesium ions in the water are reduced. If there is no water softener or the water softener fails, calcium and magnesium salts form insoluble precipitates on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane due to a sharp increase in concentration, blocking the pores of the reverse osmosis membrane, shortening the service life of the membrane and increasing the maintenance cost of the equipment.
