Equipment Introduction:

The reverse osmosis water purification equipment adopts fully automatic control method to reduce the impact of human error operation on the equipment. The design of reduction system is adopted in the pretreatment system to solve the irreparable influence of high residual chlorine on the reverse osmosis membrane. The reverse osmosis membrane selection adopts high quality reverse osmosis membrane (brand can be selected according to customer requirements). The pump is  high quality, with low noise and long service life. The high degree of automation, simple operation, stable water quality and low operating cost are extremely popular.

 

Equipment accessories function description:

(1) The raw water tank mainly solves the problem of unstable tap water pressure and reduces the mechanical failure caused by frequent start-up of the pump during operation or unstable tap water pressure.

(2) Quartz sand filter: Tap water enters from the upper end of the tank and flows evenly from the upper end of the filter layer to the lower end through the upper water distributor. After the filtering layer, the tap water is separated from the filtering layer by the lower water distributor to form filtered water.

(3) Activated carbon filter: The internal structure of activated carbon filter is exactly the same as that of quartz sand filter.

(4) Precision filter: Fine particles can be removed to further create conditions for reverse osmosis water intake.

(5) High pressure pump provides the power needed for reverse osmosis operation.

System control and advantages:

(1) Automatic replenishment of the tap water tank: When the level of the tap water tank reaches a low level, automatic replenishment of water is carried out. When the water level reaches a high level, the water replenishment is stopped.

(2) When the water level of the tap water tank reaches a certain level, the system starts to work and stops when the pure water tank is full of water.

(3) When the tap water tank is at a low level, the water shortage protection is started and the system stops completely, and both manual and automatic operation cannot be performed.

(4) The reverse osmosis system is cleaned every time when it is turned on, and the time for cleaning is controlled at about 30 seconds (the time is adjustable), and when the reverse osmosis runs for a period of time, it is cleaned at regular intervals (the time is adjustable).

(5) When the pretreatment pressure does not reach 2kg, the reverse osmosis host is protected by low pressure.
